Thank you for booking a session with Restored by Khash. Please review the cancellation and late policies below to ensure a smooth and respectful experience for both client and coach.
Cancellations
- Sessions must be canceled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance.
- Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will incur a 50% session fee.
- No-call / no-show appointments will be charged the full session amount.
Lateness
- A 10-minute grace period is allowed.
- If you are more than 15 minutes late, the session may be shortened or rescheduled.
- Time lost due to lateness cannot be extended past the scheduled end time.
Coach Cancellations
- In the event that I, Khash, must cancel or reschedule due to personal or emergency reasons, you will be notified immediately and offered the earliest available appointment.
